The social project for social celebrates the annual concert on Sunday
The Vozes project, which offers free classes to improve the living conditions of children and young people at risk of exclusion, held its annual concert in the Auditorium Forum this Sunday. This year, with the special participation of the Sopa de Cabra group, he has played five songs arranged expressly for the occasion with the orchestras and choirs of Vozes. The group’s vocalist, Gerard Quintana, has been very excited to participate and contribute to the project.
Vozes was born 14 years ago as a social project that works for the integration of children and young people through music, inspired by the national system of orchestras and choirs of children and youth in Venezuela. Currently, it offers free musical training for 500 children in Nou Barris, Sant Martí and Sant Andreu.
The Vozes concert was born three years ago coinciding with the tenth anniversary of the project and its managers decided to keep it. It is a way of showing families everything that students have learned during this time while also serving to raise money for the project.
But to be able to act this Sunday, more than 230 boys from the Vozes project have tried hard in recent months. This week a team of veterans attended one of their trials and could talk to some of the children involved in the project.
